OPTION 2
Registered users can communicate via the Zondex Guard inbuilt "Report Problem" facility.
1. Connect your computer to the Internet
2. Locate the Zondex Z icon in the cluster of icons near your clock on the task bar of your computer screen.
3. Right click your mouse on the Z icon to reveal the Zondex pop-up menu
4. Left click your mouse on "Report Problem". This will reveal a report form.
5. Ensure that your contact details are correct
6. Left click your mouse on the "Problem Information" tab
7. Type a short description of your problem
8. Left click your mouse on the "Email to Tech Support" button
